How is the score out of 10 calculated?
Every email starts at 10. Each problem removes points: a failed DMARC check removes 2, a missing DKIM signature 1, a broken link 0.3, and trigger words up to 6.5 depending on how many and how strong they are. One or two mild words like “free” cost nothing. The report shows what each section cost you.
Is my email stored?
The raw email is deleted as soon as it is analyzed. The report is kept for 24 hours, reachable only through its private link, then deleted. Nothing is written to a database.
Why should I send from my real setup?
Authentication depends on the server that sends the email. A forward or a copy-paste into another mailbox tests that mailbox, not your campaign. Send a test from the same tool, sender and domain you use for your list.
My score is 10/10. Will I land in the inbox?
Your setup and content are right. Inbox placement also depends on your sending reputation and how readers engage: send to people who asked for your emails and remove those who never open.
